to hire a client manager responsible for client technical support,
customer training and customer relationship management.
Candidate qualifications include:
1) Financial and technical background. Must be able to understand the firm's products and customer requests.
2) Some work experience supporting financial products.
3) Strong communication skills. Capable of communicating technical and financial knowledge in both written and spoken English.
4) Basic computer programming skills to be able to interact with programmers.
